5. Planet Claire – B-52s — As of yet, Planet Claire has yet to be discovered. Unfortunately, Fred Schneider’s porno collection has.
6. Ghost Mountain – The Unicorns — This song is about a mythical place by a mythical group of creatures. That gets double points.
7. Prussia – Je Suis France — Prussia doesn’t exist anymore, so BAM, fictional.
8. Albright Monument Baghdad – Propaghandi — The plans to build this monument just keep falling through.
9. Lullaby of Birdland – Tito Puente — I know what you’re thinking: “Hey birdland is a real place, I went there last night listening to Charlie Parker!!” Wrong, my friend, that was the heroin.
10. Whiskey River – Comets on Fire — If whiskey river were a real place, I’d be bathing nude in it.
11. Shahdaroba – Roy Orbison — Not only is this song about a fictional land, it is slightly offensive!
12. Playboy After Dark – Imperial Teen — No one knows exactly what goes on at the playboy mansion when the sun goes down, this mediocre (at best) song is the only known record.
13. Mutiny in Jonestown – Minutemen — Jonestown is now a popular amusement park, complete with Kool-Ade sponsorship.
14. Mario 3 Underworld – The Advantage — Fuck yeah.
15. Suffragette City – David Bowie — I tried to go to Suffragette City once, but there was too much leaning involved and I couldn’t afford the ticket.
16. The Great Society – Elf Power — Demons, no disease, space eating off faces (that you don’t need anyway), birds — that’s a fucked up society.
17. Babylon’s Burning – The Ruts — Since London’s burning was already taken, the ruts took a mythical place.
18. Ballad of Bilbo Baggins – Leonard Nemoy — This is really the crutch of this entire mix.
